SUPPORT NEEDED FOR WAIMANALO FACILITY THAT FEEDS 600 PER MONTHÂ
The heavy winds that blew across O’ahu this week took a devastating toll on Hui Mahi’ai ‘Aina’s Foodbank facility, with Aunty Blanche and her family waking up to the shocking site of their 40 foot container flipped on its head. In order to continue serving the 600 people per month who access the facility’s free food and toiletries, Hui Mahi’ai is urgently seeking support to fix the roof, as well as assistance in re-building the neighbor’s fence that was destroyed by the overturned container.
